It’s so important that you hand wash your garments in clean, lukewarm water. Use a mild and gentle detergent suitable for wool.
Let your timeless treasure soak for a period of 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly firstly in lukewarm water and then finally in cold water.

If your garment is made from wool, you’ll be able to gently reshape it once it is wet. Place the item on a clean, dry towel and gently smooth it into shape.
It’s very important that you handle your wool garment with care, as lifting or wringing while wet can cause it to become mis-shapen. Instead, take a gentle approach, and softly press your wool between two clean, dry towels to remove any excess moisture.
Patience is essential when you’re cleaning your wool.
Allow your wool clothing to dry naturally away from direct heat, such as radiators or sunlight, and never tumble dry!
To carefully flat dry a wool sweater, we recommend that you place it on a pale coloured or white towel. Make sure your towel is free from lint for best results.
Wool knitwear has the potential to last a lifetime. We recommend storing your wool Garment in the box it came in to keep it safe for many years to come. Wool is meant to bend, not stretch, which is why it's important to fold your garment loosely.
When storing, a great tip is to add some dried lavender with your garment to help keep moths away.
Pilling can happen on any section of the item. Luckily, there are a few ways to reduce the risk of this.
You can use a comb to remove the pills, however, make sure you are gentle! If you’re too rough with this, you could damage your sweater and form holes. ‘de-pillars’ or ‘fabric shavers’ are very effective at removing pills and making your sweater look as good as new!
